Exceptional stay thanks to Nilufer and her team.. The property is beautiful and well located. What made our stay exceptional was the manager Nilufer and her team Gozel, Umit and Murat. My wife and I came as strangers and after 3 days left as friends. Welcoming, attentive, caring, everything you want and more. Without them this would be just another nice property; with them this is an exceptional property. My unsolicited advice to the owner of this boutique hotel—give Nilufer and her team a big fat raise and keep them happy. You do not want to lose them. My wife and I have been traveling for the better part of 2 years mostly in Europe and this is one of the finest stays we have had during our travels. Nilufer and her team have our highest recommendation.. We only made a reservation for 3 nights..

A lovely place to stay when visiting area wineries in Urla.. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was lovely, and the staff were helpful.. Given the 5 star designation, we were surprised to find limited services. Staying 4 nights, our room was never cleaned or serviced (ie trash taken away) our entire stay..

A hidden gem. Nil is a wonderful host , she is so nice , friendly and helpful. The place is a high level standard. not so easy to find a place like this . Breakfast is amazing . Staff is so nice . Peaceful and relaxing place
