Good hotel - Bad attention to solve hot water problem. Good and comfort room clean excelent location good brakfast. we stay for 7 nights. from the second night the water in the shower was not hot enough we have to make a struggle against the stuff try to convince them about the water and they claim that the situation is ok
it took another 2 nigthes since they fix it witout any word of apology. it is totaly uneceptable.

Hep yürüme mesafesinde, kahvaltısı doyurucu gayet güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Yılbaşı için geldik ve hava çok soğuktu, ısıtma sistemini son ayara getirmemize rağmen gece üşüdük..

However, the water heater was not functioning well. The water for showers was so cold that it was uncomfortable, and this issue persisted for two consecutive days. This was a rather annoying problem during the winter..
