Good. Location was good, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff. The mattress was uncomfortable the springs hurt my back, the bathroom door could not close.

Worst experience in my life , they don't care about customer satisfaction.. Elevator is fast .. Ive booked a room for 3 people with 3 beds and i have got a small room with 2 single beds only. They informed me that room is small and no space for 3rd bed and i have to upgrade the room and pay 120 Euro Extra . I upgrade the room and ive got a room with 1 king bed and sofa 😅. Even i requested not smooking room they give me a smoking room . They dont even care to make the client happy ,they only care about making customer pay extra. My worst experience in my life..

Not 5 stars, it’s maximum 3 stars. Hotel should be 3 stars, no way its 5 stars. Mattress was so bad and I asked the lobby to change it. They said all the mattress like this.
Swimming pool and gym closed.
If you want to order coffee in lobby before 12 AM, you have to go to the room to get your order. You can’t stay in the lobby.
By the way, the coffee make it in lobby 😂.

Near Amada shopping mall. In the colder climate of Ankara (it was snowing when we arrived) it was nice to come into a room for the first time to find the heating turned on. You can turn it off and there are openable windows but we didn't need to do either this time.
The rooms are carpeted and have a nice muted décor with a backlit headboard above the bed. Our bed was two single beds with separate bed linen placed together. It was comfortable. There was a long desk with rolling chair and a wall-mounted TV as well as a small table and armchair, hanging space and a luggage shelf with room under desk if needed. Above the bar fridge there were coffee and tea making facilities and two glass bottles of water were supplied. There were power points on both side of bed and above desk.
The bathroom had a fully enclosed shower with rain and hand held shower head options that gave hot water at good water pressure. The sink had room on both sides for toiletries kits. The WIFI was pretty slow.
The buffet breakfast opens at 6:30 am and has a nice range of hot food that was actually hot (scrambled eggs, borek, sausage scramble, etc), yoghurts and cereals, fresh fruit as well as gluten free options. The fresh juices and fresh coffee machines were good. There was a good range of breads but not many pastry options.
We were opposite the large multi-storey Amada shopping mall with the standard offerings which also had a big supermarket. Right outside there was strip with lots of restaurants ad there are restaurants inside the hotel as well.. .

Een van de betere hotels in Ankara.. Beautiful Hotel, So far the best one I have been to in Ankara. The location is good, Nearby metro, near some pubs, It not the old-centre but more the "offices" centre. Good restaurants, many choices.
The bed and als very important the pillow was great, no good bed without a good pillow. We made a photo of the pillow brand, so we can buy them at home.
