Disappointing as we did not get what we paid for!. The breakfast was good!. I totally didn't like the idea that the hotel put us up at another hotel called the Fiore Garden suites instead of the Actual Alp Pasa Special class hotel which I actually liked, booked and paid for, on the booking.com website. They didn't inform us of this change at all. Thank goodness we figured out that they put us up at another place to stay around the corner from their hotel. This was very disappointing. Only after much complaining and bringing it to their attention, did they put us up at the actual hotel for our last night stay!.

Good. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Antalya Old Town. Breakfast was very good.. Pool didn't look very clean. Very difficult for our minibus to get us near the hotel..

Good for a short stay if you’re not in the room a lot.. Great location, although a bit loud at night but very walkable to the old town. Nice courtyard and comfortable beds.. Needs updating, mold in shower and silverware was not clean.

we still enjoyed our stay. Loads to choose from for breakfast, location was great.. The room was very dark, only one uk channel on tv, only one socket point in bedroom and one in bathroom, no cupboards only wardrobe with hanging space, so nowhere to put clothes..

The best part is the location. Service needs major improvements.. The hotel is in a great very central location. The common areas such as the pool and restaurant are beautiful. Our room was facing a bar that played really loud music. The receptionist promised to change our room the day after, but when we were back in the morning, they said any available room was 'a different category' and they could not give us another one. We were essentially left sleepless for the entire stay. The room could be cleaner and the beds were uncomfortable. Service at the restaurant is very slow.
