Pay a little more for better accommodations and customer sevice!!. Breakfast and shuttle provided. late night front desk staff is pleasant.. Being in the aviation field I must on a weekly basis get a hotel accommodations and have always had a positive interaction with hotel staff being courteous with requests but Drea and new manager Chris are more about enforcing additional charges rather than focus on the accommodations they are be providing. In my 6 stays at this establishment in less than a month time frame i have encountered 2 front door handles not working. keys not working on many occasions. Not properly cleaned or inspected units (towels were hanging in closet to dry). 5 tissues in tissue box amongst other things. For the most part the value to what one may pay is matched but i highly recommend for better customer service pay a little more and stay at another hotel rd. The new manager couldn't even take the time to call me back after providing cell number with the request. That is very unfortunate for the future business they are okay with losing. Better training is suggested..

Nice stay for a layover. We were able to check in early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and about 15 min from the airport. The shuttle ran on time. This area seems fairly new, and has several restaurants and brewery nearby, which is convenient.. We were hoping breakfast would be at least partially out before 5:00a.m. as we had to catch the 5:00 shuttle. They started putting things like cereal but not bowls or milk, and nothing you could grab and take. Luckily at the last second, bagles and cream cheese appeared that we could take with us. Not really on them, but just would be nice if it was 10 min early..

Okay for a night. Hotel appearances overall are fine. Accommodation is close to restaurants, which is nice and the airport shuttle is convenient (goes every 1/2 hour). It was cheaper than other hotels in the area and after staying there, I know why. Staff was indifferent and seemed more bothered than not to help. Shuttle driver on the way from the airport drove like a madman, the one on the way back just opened the back doors for luggage and went inside and didn't help guests at all. She also only stopped at the western side of the airport. The room was clean, although there was something on one of the pillowcases. Shower did not work, water only came out of the bathtub faucet and there was no lever to change it into shower mode. That was broken off. Not a fun discovery at 4am. Staff didn't really seem too bothered when we told them it was broken at checkout. So, for the price, it was probably a good deal and maybe others will have rooms that are in better repair and staff a little more helpful. Overall an okay place to stay for one night. Bed was comfortable.. .

Poor. You couldn't adjust the shower to take a hot shower, the hallways stunk as did the towels. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the elevator button was stuck for the floor we were on. The TV didn't stay on the channel for a complete episode. .

Unreliable shuttle and staff. I booked a room for an overnight layover, because it offered free shuttle service that runs 24 hours a day. I ended up waiting in the freezing cold (after coming from somewhere much warmer) for a shuttle that didn’t show up and got an empty promise that the Uber I had to pay for would be deducted from my room cost by the employee Jenny. It would’ve been less of a hassle to sleep at the airport. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the airport after 11pm (after calling to inform the staff that I would be arriving late). I made my way to the area I was instructed to wait for the shuttle then called to verify what it looked like. The employee informed me that they should there soon. I waited about 35 minutes before calling to check on the shuttle since they said the longest the wait could be was 30 minutes. I was put on hold for over ten minutes then had to call again. The employee, Jenny, told me again that the shuttle should be there soon. I waited another 10 minutes and it still didn’t show. I called and was about to cancel the room entirely when the employee offered to take the cost of an Uber off of the cost of my room. When I arrived at the hotel she told me that I’d have to be changed the full amount and the manager would change it later. Upon checking out I asked if it had been adjusted and the man working told me the manager would do it later and that he puts notes on it. The full payment posted to my account without the discount yesterday. This isn’t the first Wyndham owned hotel in Denver where I’ve experienced an unreliable shuttle. I won’t book any owned by them again.. .

Great Short Stay. I had a one night stay while on a layover through Denver and I have no complaints. The check in staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean, and bed was really comfortable. Upon check in there was a sign-up sheet for the airport shuttle and I asked what time it ran, and I was told they operate their shuttle every half hour 24/7 (great to know for the future!). Upon check out the shuttle driver was friendly and quick to help with my bags. Would not hesitate to stay here again if back on a layover. *I read the bad reviews ahead of time and I've worked in hotels for 10 years and have learned to read bad reviews "with a grain of salt"; this is a mid-budget hotel with basic amenities and there are bound to be ups & downs. Give it a shot and you may be pleasantly surprised :). .
