Private beach, superb views and delicious breakfasts. Spectacular views, private beach with crystal clear water, superb breakfasts and private balconies too. This place was absolutely fantastic. Location was close to the village, but away from the hustle and bustle.. Not ideal if you don’t like stairs or are immobile. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay..

Loved our stay here and would recommend it! Amazing views, sunsets, breakfast and staff.. We loved that this hotel is a little a bit out of the city centre but still close enough to go there for dinners and the evenings. The hotel breakfast was delicious, we loved it. The views are phenomenal, the best sunset views you can get. Great value for money.. The rooms are a little small, but they are clean and have everything you could need..

Late summer break. We thought this hotel on the peninsula was the best choice for a holiday in Kas. Away from the traffic an crowds in Kas and with direct access onto the sea from the sunbathing platforms, you really had the best swimming pool with beautiful clear water. The local shuttle bus into 30TL each was excellent running every 1/2 hr until late. The buffet breakfast was extensive and very good quality and we enjoyed being able to eat outside looking out to sea. The bar by the bathing platforms was also very good with tasty snacks/meals. All the staff were friendly and hard working. We had a more modern room in an annex at the top of the hill with a lovely sea view. It was clean, light, airy and the bed was comfortable.. So....you have to be very careful going up and down the hillside and down into the sea using all the steps. Just don't rush as it is all steep and a bit old. They also could do with a maintenance man to remove old broken equipment and to to fix all the bits that have fallen off or broken in the room. The rooms are not soundproof. All this said , if I was back in Kas I would stay here again..

Passable. Direct access to the ocean.. Our shower head holder was broken, the rooms were incredibly small, the hotel has a lot of stairs and is at the bottom of a very steep hill making it difficult to get to, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The sun day beds are plastic so not very comfortable in the heat..

Amazing sea view. The view of the sea from all the hotel. The sea was turquoise and beautiful to swim in Definitely will consider coming back for the view. The property needs maintenance as the platform was rusty. There was nails out so there was a need to be carful. Addressed the issue with the staff and it was taken care of promptly. Thin walls as we could hear the neighbours..

Kas a must visit but not Arpia. The location of Arpia is a perfect and beautiful! I fell in love with Kas. The view is simply amazing. Ibraham a visiting staff member was the only person working all the time and did everything to make the stay comfortable and safe.. The place is poorly maintained with only 1 staff member. There was no cleaning service despite reminders. The pool and facilities were not clean nor fully functional. It’s sad that a beautiful place is not being taken care of. There was no hospitality whatsoever.
