Budget hotel, don’t expect much from the place. Budget property, very okay to sleep for a few nights. Rooms need some touch up, it was very clean but towels been gray over washed and over used, side table was having glass stains and burns from cigarettes. We been staying in the room just direct near the sky bar - 4012 which had unicef event on both days of our stay. morning we were waking up from loud speaker sound behind the wall, which was continuous all day long. It’s was many people and so noisy. Knowing u have an event next door, there is zero sense to check in guest who does not belong to same event.
Second point is breakfast. Selection is very veryyyy poor. Vegetable looks like it’s been laying there for few days. No even basic selection of common breakfast dishes. This was literally the worst breakfast I even see in the hotel.
In room dining is very cheap and much better quality, highly recommending to take room without breakfast and order meal to room.
Last point is Spa. Massage was good, however changing room was crowded with outsiders who does not stay in hotel. I belive they do except outside visitors. Showers and changing room been dirty and mess up with plenty of shoes and towels..

Do not come here in summer!!! For winter it might be a good option. . In this scorching hot weather, their air condition is not working properly. To make things worse, they turn it off at night to “ save energy”. Bed linens are also for winter so at some point at night, l thought l would evaporate. Plus windows are not properly opening either to make things worse. Towels were not clean as a cherry on top..

Nice place however make sure the ac/heater works before you accept the room. Clean and nice room, beautiful view if you are on 4th floor (top floor) with partial city view. Even with AC off the room was like an oven I had to keep the balcony open overnight, it wasn't pleasant of course considering the cold weather. In my opinion the value for money isn't good you can find better place and more central location for same value..
