Airport stopover.. Lovely place to stay over before going to Izmir airport. Great shopping mall within walking distance. Food was reasonably priced and was good. We had evening meal and that was well presented and very good. Breakfast wasn't great but eatable. Hotel rooms are big and clean. We really enjoyed our stay, taking the stress of a long trip direct to the airport from where we were staying. In the early hours.. .

Dental treatment visit. This hotel was chosen for me by the dental company I used. Good points: pleasant looking hotel, close to supermarket and optimum mall. Lovely big room and very comfortable bed. Hotel always smelt nice and was very clean! Two small complementary bottles of water per day which was a nice touch. Usual complementary shower gels etc. Bad points: on a very busy road and not really the place for peace and quiet! Hotel is advertised with sun terrace and there are pictures of it on the website. However I was told ‘conference only’ so very disappointing that there was no outdoor space. Your website is inaccurate and needs changing. Only a very small balcony where you could only get half a chair on! Overlooked back of supermarket and busy side street. No proper swimming pool even though advertised with one! The first 7 nights were included in my dental treatment plan so I stayed an extra 4 nights and I was told by the dental company it would be a certain amount but the hotel would not honour this price so I ended up paying extra. Not much but still not very good customer service from hotel. Hotel served a purpose but would not stay here again through choice.. .

Exceptional. The restaurant and the service were perfect. The staff was nice, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, perfect location if you are looking for a place close by.. .

Superb. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire place was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a luxurious feel throughout. The family rooms great—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Another great advantage is the location— close to the airport and Optimum, a big shopping mall, is within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!. .

Spa was cold. The location was nice. The spa was terrible and that is why we wanted to pay extra. It was cold, even the hot tub and the sauna. We were super disappointed..

Stay away from this hotel. Unfortunately I was fooled by seeing the stars of this hotel, this hotel is not like any other 4 star hotels around the world, place is old and rundown. Staff are very rude and disrespectful, they won’t even say hello when you walk in unless you tip them, restaurant staff were also very rude. They advertised hotel has a swimming pool but there is no pool, all they have is a small spa which doesn’t work, funny thing is spa and gym are open from midday to 9pm so basically means they don’t want guests to use those facilities, how often guests are in the hotel around midnight!!!!! Majority of all other 4 star hotels offer swimming pool and gym from 5am onwards seven days a week but this hotel won’t even let guests using those facilities on Sundays, what a shame, they told me Sundays are closed due to shortage of staff, what a ridicules excuse. Hotel is located near the airport in a very busy street miles away from the main attractions of Izmir. I highly wouldn’t recommend this hotel, you can stay in way better hotels in Izmir for similar prices or even less. Please stay away and take your business elsewhere.. .

Exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel and the very friendly staff. The breakfast spread was amazingly good and fresh.. May be more vegetarian option in breakfast.

Convenient place to stay near the airport, especially when you arrive late or have an early flight to catch. Very near to the airport. So it was very convenient to drive to after picking up our rental car from the airport. Breakfast not the best, but not too bad either.
