Exceptional. The room was fantastic, the staff made us feel at home, it felt like we had known each other a long time. Can't wait to return to that hotel and meet all the beautiful people in Podgorica.. The fact I had a full bar in my room I had to pay more for if I drank anything from it.
Wish we had some free drinks.

Exceptional. Lana and Svetdana at the reception were super amazing. It was such a joy meeting them as we were still riding off the rage of missing our flight.
They empathised with us and made sure we were super comfortable for the rest of our stay - even upgraded our rooms for free.
Breakfast was good and affordable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant as we were out all day.
It's close to shops and the big fashion mall.
Only downside is that the other facilities, such as the pool and spa were outside the building and had to be paid for separately.. .
