A good stay that could have been excellent.. The room was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The pool, saunas and steam room were decent. The spa is probably the highlight here.. We booked because a jacuzzi hottub was promised in the spa area, but it was out of service. Each day they said, "it will be ready tonight or tomorrow" but it was not.
Also, the cigarette smoke in the lobby from the casino is very strong..

One of the worst experiences I have had at any hotel. Rude and racist staff members. 1. Very good location right on Europe square. Our room had a view overlooking the square - we were able to enjoy the Christmas/NYE celebrations from the comfort of our room.
2. Rooms are bigger than others we have seen in Georgia. Issue 1: Employees don’t know how to treat guests and are blatantly racist. Have been to multiple cities in Georgia and have not faced racism anywhere close to what I faced at the hotel. Some instances below:
a. We were blacklisted from the casino at the hotel for no apparent reason. They did not feel the need to disclose any reasons either. (Mind you we were just two individuals and were not creating any ruckus)
b. Any attempt to play on the live tables at the casino were met with contempt from the dealers. It seemed that they didn’t expect Indians to play on the live tables with higher minimum bets, and that we were there only to fool around.
c. While casually sitting outside the cafeteria, we were asked if we were hotel guests, suggesting us to vacate if we weren’t. Felt very insulting that somebody would feel the need to suggest that.
Issue 2: The washroom smelled horrible. It felt like we were living next to a drain.
Issue 3: The establishment turns a blind eye to the premises being used for some shady activities..

Gr8 location! The rest less. The rooms are good. Big shower and bath room, the breakfast is good, most of the time the service was good and fast. The location is fantastic, close to the city center, and a lot of good restaurants nearby.. the lobby of the hotel is the entrance to the hotel casino and the smell of cigarettes is filling the lobby. It's disgusting! In one of our rooms was a smell of sewerage but it was handled fast by the house keeping services.
The heating of the rooms is too hot and in the night it was hard to sleep because of the heeting. The Mattress are too hard.
Would not recommend this hotel..
