Exceptional service in a great location. Worth making it home when in Dubai.. Very convenient location, center of downtown, picturesque view of the Burj Khalifa and fountain shows, easy walking distance to mall and restaurants, SUPERB hotel staff, SUPERB hotel service and well appointed rooms with modern conveniences.. There’s little not to like. At the margin, housekeeping/engineering/minibar service folks weren’t checking iPad messages. For instance, the ac was acting up and they didn’t receive my initial messages. Same with minibar refill. But these are very minor details..

We had two rooms one big suite, i think the biggest suite they have and one small room, due to flight cancellation some. The location, Architecture.. The place is in dire need of repair and renovation, many small, flying insects in the bathroom, fruit flies are everywhere. The lighting is old and non functional, it feels like a 100 years old house that needs renovation. Sound insulation is non existent, you can hear the street all the time, heavy traffic getting in and out of the facility, this place seems like a neglected property of a wealthy family. Breakfast is not really useable, many strange foods that you have to search to find something to eat. Low quality dried cold cut, very confused selection of foods. All tables were wobbly..

This place is pure luxury, we will be returning!. Everything! This place was the definition of luxury. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was fantastic and the place even smelt great! The location cannot be beat, right by the fountain and the Burj Khalifa the views were speculator and the access to the mall was so convenient!. The check in process was a little messy. They were trying to get a room early for us as we had a red eye flight however there was miscommunication and it seemed our room was ready but they never let us know. We didn’t mind though as they were trying to go out of their way for us. One other small thing, there was a day I wanted to just enjoy the room and relax with the “do not disturb” sign on the door, the staff kept calling up to the room and knocking on the door to check on me. It was kind, but after multiple calls and visits to the room it felt excessive and the calls were waking me up from my nap..

Exceptional. Palace Downtown is near Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and it was an exceptional experience. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the iconic tower. The rooms were luxurious with stunning views, and the service was impeccable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay in the heart of Dubai.. None.
