Pleasant. . The woman at the front desk had difficulty dealing with me as a foreigner and payment with my foreign card. She even did not believe me when I told her what was going on with it. The air conditioner stopped working mid way through our stay and we couldn’t get it working again. Lastly, you can’t bring food or drink from the outside into the hotel. They have a restaurant, but it closes at 10:00. So, late night eating is not really an option there.

Good location. Good location, breakfast was okay and the room looks newly refurbished.
The housekeeping were very friendly and the room was always clean.. The room we got was super small with no place to move. We had also requested a crib for our son which made the room even smaller and we did not have enough space to put our suit case or stroller..

Good value hotel, with nice breakfast and atmosphere. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is really good. The staff is helpfull and breakfast was good. The hotel is in a busy part of the city, so that is something to keep in mind.. Parking is an issue. There are some parking spot that are on the hotel property but they ask to leave the car key. This is something that I am not comfortable with, so they asked me to move my car to a spot across the street..

We left 2 days earlier although we had paid advance.. . Non-smoking room was smelling cigarettes on the early evening. When we informed reception they said next room might be smoking and nothing can be done. They could change the room next day.
Insulation is probably old and not good. We were hearing every sound from the other rooms, like running water and conversation.
Morning staff were kind and helpful, but staff on evening shift were exact opposite and not paying attention to questions we had. Morning shift staff were said that we were leaving early but it was too late for us to have a better experience..

Vlean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything apart from the noise was good.. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff was professional. I would certainly stay here again.. The noise made me wake up multiple times a night. I could hear what was happening in the rooms adjacent to mine. I could tell when someone was opening or closing a door or when the elevator was being used. There was a family with children staying in a room further down the floor one night and I had to tolerate their cries all evening..

First night wasn’t that great but the stay was amazing.. Room was comfortable. On my first night the staff tried to over charge me. The gentleman at the front dest tried to convince me to pay in cash a total of 370.00. Until I showed him the booking and we had an argument and I told him I was only paying the original amount which was roughly 333.00. And I asked to speak to the manager. But he wasn’t in.
