Exceptional service. I’ve always disliked writing reviews that include the names of hotel staff. I’ve usually focused more on the hotel as a whole. However this time I have to say that even without mentioning anyone by name, the staff at this hotel is truly what makes the difference. It doesn’t matter if they are at breakfast, by the pool, at the reception or handling valet service, they were all exceptional. This is a solid 10 out of 10. This hotel is worth it because of the incredible people who keep it running!. .

Nog steeds top: gastvrijheid én Michelin-waardig diner. I said I would come back and I did. Once again, the staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. Being recognized after two years says something truly beautiful about their character and the mutual respect we share. In a city like Dubai, seeing the same people still working there is a rare and special sign of excellent hotel management. This time, we treated ourselves to a half-board deal. The breakfast is still amazing, and the dinner buffet at Anise is simply Michelin star-worthy. After eight days, we still couldn’t get enough of the incredible flavors. Special shout out to Victor, Emelyn, Joanna, Bhawana, Kailash and all others whom I didn’t mentioned as well the staff in Anise. Next time without the kids.. .

Worst experience during business visit.. My most valued belongings were missing including medicines which hotel housekeeping staff never kept although proper instructions were given.. .

People make the dufference. Mr. Swam at the Reception and Mr. Abdul at the concierge and Mr. Ravi from house keeping are the true value to hospitality and made our trip so much more memorable and happier.. .

Great stay in cp Dubai festival city. Our stay was wonderful, starting from reception staff (Maryam) she was very helpful. Also special thanks to Mr. (Maurice) in Zaytoon restaurant and breakfast was wonderful and great.. .

WOW what a fabulous holiday . We had the absolute pleasure to go to crowne plaza festival city dubai for 2 fabulous weeks. We arrived late evening off the emirates flight from manchester uk.first impressions were good smelt beautiful as we entered the lobby,easy check-in then up to our room which was perfect 2 adults 1,16year old. The next day after a very good sleep we went for breakfast the choice was fantastic and very tasty. We spent our first day at pool beautiful all staff are smiling and simply cant do enough for you. We met Thushara just 1 of the many pool boys and life gaurds he immediately showed us to our loungers with lovely towels and cold water.We are sorry but didn't get everyone's name who assisted us around the pool area but every single 1 of them were very kind and we loved to speak to them and find out where they were from and about all the different cultures so well done to all who worked around the pool areas you do your jobs excellent thank you all so much. Then it was into the Anise restaurant for our lunch Never in all the hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed nearly all over the world have we ever had staff and chef,s that have been so welcoming and kind.Firstly our now very good friend Glaida she went above and beyond for us and made our holiday 1 of best we have ever had (I am nearly crying thinking how much we miss her).She looked after us with her staff of course every day and did her job perfectly thank you all so much.(see you in December we can't wait).I must say that everywhere in the hotel and next door in intercontinental hotel which we used a lot was absolutely spotlessly clean Everywhere. The food in Anise changed every day and was delicious the sweets where exquisite and to die for. We also made friends with the chefs they were all very nice and so professional. Chef Ali also has become our friend and looked after us he was the best fun and we laughed everyday with him we also miss him so much. The food (Indian)was the best we had had in any in restaurant at home top class.As was the Asian, fish,sushi,soups absolutely everything so a huge thank you to everyone in restaurant Anise including bar staff who made the most refreshing drinks. We are going back in December and we probably will not go anywhere else in dubai and that is a huge statement but if you go you will know why,it's not how big or posh or fabulous a hotel is it's all down to the staff and this hotel and ajoining hotel intercontinental have got the kindest, helpful most professional staff we have ever had. Well done each and everyone of you you are a credit to your managers and once again thank you so much for the best holiday and fantastic memories . .
