A special thanks to Manager Mubarak for his warm welcome and attentiveness. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic. I recently stayed at Amwaj Rotana in Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, and had an amazing experience! The views are stunning, the rooms are spacious, and the dining options, including an Italian restaurant and Benihana, were delightful.. .

Poor - not 5 star. Generally staff friendly. All inclusive option is an absolute rip off and you are made to feel like a 2nd class citizen for using it. The menu is very limited unless you are paying for the meal and then you get a nice big menu with lots of choice and bigger portions. After two or three days we asked to lose the all inclusive element and be refunded for the remaining week of our stay but the management were not prepared to do this as we had booked through booking.com not the hotel directly . They did try to make amends but quite frankly the hotel is just not 5 star and a fruit bowl and a free meal didn't really do it . The bathroom was in need of a refurb although we booked a refurbished room and the lifts take ages . Very unhappy customer.
