Worthless place. Non supportive & rude staff. I haven’t seen such staff in whole turkey as I visited Istanbul, antal. Only location. The staff was non cooperative. We booked & paid for a room in the picture at kayi hotel whereas room was given in some other hotel. We got stuck at the lift. It wasn’t working. Instead of being apologetic, when we got off the lift after 15mins, once we asked the staff, they misbehaved. It’s better to book some other room in same vicinity. There are a lot of hotels nearby.
The room was very small which doesn’t worth that much money..

Horrible girl on reception. Lovely hotel, lovely cleaner and male manager..but the girl on reception gave me a dirty horrible look every single day even though I remained nice each time I walked past the desk. She ruined my holiday!. .

Lovely Hotel. Compact, clean and friendly hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is arranged over two floors However there is no lift. Located in a side street in a quiet suburb. Coast line is 2 mins walk. The famous Tuesday Fethiye market was 15 minutes walk and marina area another 10 mins away. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.. .

Very disappointing - small, cramped, pokey and very out dated. Location OK. The room was so cramped. Sloping ceiling in bathroom meant we were unable to stand up straight in front of sink. The shower drain was blocked and water overflowed. Large window that looked directly into another guests balance so they were walking past and looking directly into our room. When we tried to pull the curtains closed they partially came off the rail. When they were closed is then made the room dark and horrible. One tiny wardrobe - nowhere to unpack and store clothes and belongings. Bed was very uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness was not good..

The hotel offers reasonable value for the price, but the customer service requires improvement.. The hotel is well-located near restaurants and a pleasant seaside walkway, though there's no swimmable beach nearby. The premises were clean, but the towels were rough and could benefit from ironing.. Most aspects were satisfactory, but the receptionists were notably unfriendly and unhelpful..

Booked a twin room with Booking.com confirmed with the hotel later to arrive to the last remaining double room unimpress. . No breakfast, even if we paid for it there was a breakfast room but absolutely nothing there even during Turkish Byram, which is very very busy.

Everything we hoped for. This is a great hotel if you plan to visit the hospital. It is very close and convenient. Clean and stable internet. Friendly staff. Everything that you hoped for is in this hotel. We will use this again when we get another check up at the hospital.. .
