. The location of the hotel is in the worse area of Istanbul. We booked two rooms, one room for 4 nights the other for 3 nights. One room was used for one night and we left early in the morning the next day to check into another hotel. I called orbit to tell them about the situation and they called the hotel that evening to let them know the situation. The next day when we were leaving we were told we will be charged for two nights for one room and one night for the other, when I tried to explain to them that orbit called them And I don’t want to pay for two night for no reason they Didn’t seem to care. Anyway long story short area awful, hotel very disappointing. . .
