Exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool with the decorations were so dreamy and the hotel is very close to the famous touristy area Alacati .. the breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly.. .

Exceptional. Naz Konak Alacati was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional and so helpful. They don't speak much English, but they were still very helpful and patient and when necessary we communicated with google translate. It's a great location, maybe a 5 minute walk from the town center, so you're close but can get away from the noise at night. The room was clean and spacious; there's hot water and AC. The pool area is super cute and it seemed like there was always a nice breeze. My favorite part, though, was the breakfast. I looked forward to it every day. You get a great spread every morning and it was tasty! I will absolutely be staying here again when I'm back in Alacati. Thank you Naz Konak!. Could have used a little more light in the room..

Ok for just sleeping and short stays.. Staff was kind. Location is great-close to center but quite area.. The wifi didnt work! Even when it worked it was very slow that was not possible to use. I used my mobile connection entire stay and needed to share with my husband since he didnt have that. The breakfast was okay- not the best quality poducts. Plus they OVER-charged us for the bad kaffee and the waters we ordered during the breakfast at check out (just tea included)- which was not mentioned before..

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was beyond delicious. The owners of the hotel are so amazing kind and friendly. The picked us up at the airport in the middle of the night and arranged some food (amazing after a long flight)! We so much enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The pool was also super chill to make use of! all in all, amazing hotel and people! We would 100% recommend this boutique hotel if you want to have a chill and luxurious stay in Alacati! :-). NA.

They are cheating the guests. . I asked them to bring 2 cup and 2 plates to my room, so they charged an additional fee of $15. It was my first time encountering something like this. and because of that, I left without spending my last day there. Cleanliness was not satisfactory.
