Great Hotel in Fatih. Breakfast was very good! Rooms were big enough and they accomodated all our needs during our stay. We asked for a one king bed (instead of double beds and they arranged the beds accordingly. We asked for late check-out and stayed until 2pm with no fees. 100% recommend!. .

A night or two. Spent two nights at this property at #1204. Being a gold HH status holder got my room upgraded which was very generous. Checked-in was smooth and fast done by Mert.
Arrived by Yellow taxi to the hotel, at the entrance through the x-ray there stood a doorman / bellboy. Greeted and said "Hallo" but he replied nothing back.
Breakfast was good with a very attentive service, however it seemed to mostly cater to locals palates.
Location wise, its a 30 minutes drive / taxi to city center and the located next to a graveyard.
At check-out, promised to receive a link to leave a review 2 days after departure, but a week later, none has been received.
Despite the current economic situation in the country, but this hotel still managed to maintain such price and salut for that.. .

Impeccable, excellent!. We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel and the experience we had was amazing. Starting with the first impression, the hotel is very clean, and the staff extremely kind and helpful. Nothing was to hard when we needed something, it was immediately actioned. I work in the industry and I travel a lot, therefore I can say that I know how to make the difference between excellence and the others. This experience was excellent, impeccable. I would mention a few people that I interacted with more: Askim from Concierge (thank you for the birthday cake-impressive!), Soner and Karla from the restaurant, Mesut the bellboy, Yasin from housekeeping, the therapists and receptionists from Spa (who offered amazing experiences). I am really sorry that I don't know all the names of the people that looked after us, but I am using the opportunity here to say a big THANK YOU to all of you who made the holiday for my birthday a feast. I will recommend you to all my friends! I will come back again to be spoiled there :). .

Fantastic. First the location is perfect so close to most of the tourists arras.
Secondly the staff is very friendly and specially the guest relation Zenib who followed us from tje day one of booking the room till we reached the hotel and continue the help and support during all stay days. Ali also extended his support in order to let us feel like we are at home.
The hotel is clean and the room is wide enough for my family.
The parking is available all the time. Nothing.
