Exceptional. Central location, comfort beds, nice cafe on the ground floor, very kind staff.. Small rooms, but it's OK for a short stay..

Fantastic hotel. Great location fantastic staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very rich and good quality. Close to everything you want to visit in the city of Izmir. I definitely recommend this hotel. They have a bar right beside where you can relax with a wine and pizza.. Nothing.

Very good. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, lovely hotel, good location for us.. Rooms were a bit on the small side but that didn't spoil our stay, we had a brill time there..

Good accommodation for a short term stay. We originally booked an economy room, but the receptionist told us that the bathroom is outside of our room. This fact was not specified when selecting and paying for the room. Fortunately receptionist was kind enough and switch our room with one that has a bathroom inside, free of charge. The accommodation was really close to the metro and train station where you can catch a train to the airport or other cities. The room was quiet small but since we only stayed just 2 nights and spent all of our days outside, we didn’t mind. Breakfast was great (typical Turkish stuff). Air conditioner worked just fine, made our room warm really quickly during cold winter nights.. There was this weird and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. My bed was kinda unstable and was making creaking sound with my every movement. Hotel has no elevator so climbing every day up to the 3rd floor was not fun, especially when you forget something in your room..

Small hotel well located. Piano hotel is well located with tram, metro, and train within walking distance. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. You also have a bar/restaurant in the hotel. This hotel had the best breakfast I had in Turkey! The hotel had an area with tables, chairs and a chess game where you could relax. The mattress and pillows were comfortable.. The room had a strong smell of sewage and was extremely small (I knew about the size beforehand though). Not soundproof, you could hear the street noises, call to pray and people in the hallway. You had to slam the door in order to lock it, which was extremely noisy. The safe was locked so we couldn't use it..

Very small rooms. Stingy hotel. Not recommended for long stays. Breakfast is good and the hotel is decent if you want to stay just one night or so, but not comfortable for more than one night. The location is nice and walking distance to visit the Izmir bazaar.. SO MANY STRANGE THINGS - The room was extremely small. The superior double looked bigger in the picture shown and also had a little sofa chair in the picture but our room did not. I guess they have different types of superior double rooms. - On our third day the cleaning was only half done, they did the bathroom but not the bed or floors of the room which seemed quite strange. - When asked for a blanket or duvet they give us a rough textured bed cover. - They never mentioned when we checked in that the water bottles in kept in the room would be charged, but when we were leaving they asked us to pay for the water bottles which they did not even have a count of how much we used. They just asked us how many approximately we used and then charged us for that. We stayed in istanbul and capadoccia before this and nobody asked to pay for the bottles kept in the room. So it was super strange for us. It is not a problem but it was a shock. - There were 2 packets of tea and 2 packets of coffee in the room when we checked in, but after we used the tea, they never brought new packets on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th day. Also there were no sugar or milk powder packets. Kettle was also quite dirty and not cleaned in a while. - When our tea packets were over I asked the guy at the reception if I can have some tea packs, he said yes I will check and send it but it never came. It's ok if they were over but he could have just informed us instead of saying that he will send them and then never send it..

Passable. Position is good. Rooms are tiny. You barely fit.

The breakfast is very good and very varied. Excellent staff, very professional and ready to help.. The hotel is very well located very close to the train, commerce and the marina. The room is clean although a little small. Very quiet.. They don’t have elevator..
