. This is the first hotel the girl at the front desk looked mean and barely doing the job. She did not want to converse and tried to keep our passports saying she’s very busy. It was so absurd for us after having been in Turkey for 2 weeks. One could say she was like people/staff at IST airport. It’s located in very busy section of the city but at walking distance for shopping and some attractions. Evenings are very crowded and busy.
I am sorry to the lady and other staff - we did not appreciate her behavior nor the staff the next day when checking out. Not at all friendly or helpful. The elevator is small and must be the slowest ever. Breakfast was ordinary . .
