Amazing stay and great service. I had an absolutely lovely time staying at Novotel Deira Creekside. The whole team is so accommodating and the service is amazing! Belise, Jyoti, Anjali, Junkeer and Ayiyappn were especially hospitable and happy to help throughout my stay. I will definately be coming back!. .

I am happy with Ms. Jun and. Ms. Jyoti. To be honest I have went to 3 more five star hotel in dubai, but actually here it's first time. And I wanna tell that the Ms.JUN is good professional and loyalty to her work and she helped us a lot those 6 days in this hotel and to tell about MS. JYOTI she made her customer service very well please don't let her from here Iam telling for both...Iam so happy 😁😁😁😁 for them I will come again soon. .

Great. I had one night stay my first impression was great becoz i meet mauren in the reception she was super helpful whith great smile on her face she so kind and polite. Also jun from security she is so professional i forget some documents and she recognize me from tge entrance she is spot on. .

Best and Greatest Hospitality. It was an amazing experience with the NOVOTEL Dubai, located in very Good and convenient location for all the guests basic needs like Transportation, Shopping, Dining and other entertainments . And their Staff from End to End provided the best and marvelous service to me and my family in 24 hours while I was staying there. Especially Front Office team Mr. Ayyapan Nair, Mr. Junkeer, Mr. Aniket & Ms. Sarangi, Jun, Jyoti, and Crystal were given me the best and immense service throughout my stay. And they are so kind and helpful always. The all other staffs also provide me their best support. And the Services they are providing is very nice such as Children’s and Adults swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant facilities and other services. I totally recommend this Hotel always to my Friends and Relatives. Thank you Novotel Deira for the Great Hospitality and Best Memories…. .

Dubai Trip. First time visiting Dubai, it was a short transit trip, We chose Novotel Deira, close to all necessary needs. Got a nice welcome from the staff Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Room service and housekeeping was good. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Below staffs were really helpful, Shanika, Camela , Janaka , Aniketh, Snow and Thu.. .

Very nice & comfortable stay. Helping staff. Mr. Raj and Mr. Melistor showed exceptional service and served nice drink.. Novotel Deira Creek is a good choice for travellers across the globe. The swimming pool staff is very kind and helpful. Mr. Raj and Mr. Melistor are exceptionally good at their work and correctly understood what I wanted and served me a super nice drink. The hotel a nice pool and a gym on the first floor. The hotel is strategically located just besides the Deira City Center Mall. The housekeeping staff is generous and very kind to provide whatever is required. The overall staff at the hotel greets you with a smiling face. Consider this for a comfortable stay in Dubai.. .

Room for Improvement Despite Warm Welcome. We recently stayed at your property and would like to share some honest feedback with the hope that it contributes to improving your services. Our arrival experience was very engaging, thanks to Mr. Mohamed at the front desk. He welcomed us warmly and explained the hotel facilities in detail. He even mentioned a kids’ corner, which sounded promising for our children. Unfortunately, when we visited the area, we were surprised and disappointed to find two adults sleeping there—clearly not an appropriate or welcoming environment for kids. We ordered dinner from the hotel and found the food quality far below the expectations of a hotel under the Accor brand. The nasi goreng came with a half-burned egg, and the chicken nuggets for the kids were overcooked to the point of being rubbery. It didn’t feel like any effort had been made to prepare the food properly. The breakfast the next morning was very basic, just about acceptable. The room was fair for our budget; however, it had a strong moldy smell that made the stay uncomfortable. We had to call several times to get someone to spray air freshener. Moreover, despite booking for two adults and two children, the room was not prepared accordingly—we had to wait 40–50 minutes for extra water, pillows, and a blanket. After waiting, I decided to check the hallway and was fortunate to find two helpful housekeepers, Ms. Hira and Mr. Manjeel, who were incredibly kind and promptly provided what we needed. Their attitude and willingness to help were much appreciated. We understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel, and we appreciate the concept. However, service quality needs improvement to uphold the standards associated with the Accor brand. Lastly, a small suggestion: since many families stay at your hotel, it would be a great value addition to have a proper kids’ club or at least a dedicated kids’ corner with toys, coloring materials, and basic activities. It would go a long way in keeping children engaged and happy. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback. Helpful staff at Novotel Deira Creekside Dubia. The hotel was conveniently situated near the airport, opposite a shopping mall and was close to public transport if that is required. The staff were very helpful. The bed and shower were very good.. .

Nice and clean rooms. Booked and tried novotel on the 1st day of eid holiday. Room is excellent, clean and the lobby smelled fresh. Linens looks neat and clean. Only downfall is the pool depth, not suitable for kids (aged 8-15) or small adults without floaties. Hahaha. Kids pool is too shallow also so they cant stay there as well. The weather is not yet super hot but the water in the pool is too cold. (Have to compare because the next day we transferred to a different hotel that we booked one week earlier in al barsha and the pool temperature and depth are perfect for all ages and height). .
