Very good holiday. Entertainers are all very nice. Transport to clubs is good. Bedo and mr ozan highlight of the holiday very funny. Drink service is good very generous with portions.. .

Great experience, would definitely recommend. entertainment team were amazing, really friendly and good planning. Shuttle bus to illusion club and beach club on a Sunday, really cheap and a good experience. Hotel as a whole is brilliant and really good hospitality. In the entertainment team, Angel and Bedo were very funny, really nice people and good to go out with.. .

The best holiday!!. We have been to this hotel for 6 times now. A view things changed since the last time we been here (2023) the sunset bar is new and provides ice coffee's which are delicous and very good! The animation is great we especially found bedo ( mr animation motivation) the best one of the animation team he came to our beds on our first day to talk to us, his aquagym is full of energy and 1 of the best i have seen in this hotel. We hope to see him again next year. The hillside alacart was amazing the man who works there really tries to make your dinner there the best you can have and also the girl who serves drinks there. (The one with the pretty eyelashes) Then the up hill restaurant, even though it costs money (with all inclusive) it's worth the money! The food is amazing and taste so good! All the food was great and we loved it I want to thank all the staff! They all did their best to make sure we had a great holiday. I want to especially thank Eda from guest relations because she is the best and anwsered all my questions, i also want to thank the guy on the roller skates he is also one of the best he made us laugh! And ofcourse bedo, for making our holiday at goldcity unforgettable.. .

Great place for a family holiday.. Amazing family holiday. There is so much to like about this hotel. It’s set at the top of a hill which gives so many opportunities for beautiful views. The sunsets in the evening are stunning. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and it has lots of different areas which helps spread everyone out so no where feels too crowded or busy. We went in July and there were still sun beds available after 10am and when they got busy, staff would bring out more. It was nice not having to get up too early to grab a spot by the pool. There were two pools and a water park to enjoy. The pool temperatures were lovely. Always warm and clean. We loved the range of slides at the water park and there were hardly ever any queues for the slides although the double boat slide had many people who held onto their raft and did repeat riding which made it hard to access that ride. It would be nice if the lifeguards stopped people doing that. Sometimes they did but not consistently. The staff on the whole were great. Our favourite was Huseyin who works in the main buffet. He went over and above to make our holiday special and the service he gave was exceptional. Bedo from the entertainment team was also brilliant. He was full of energy and his aqua gym session each morning was the best fun. Loved it. The evening entertainment was really good too with some great acrobatic and dance shows at the big amphitheater. We never had any problems getting a seat there. Some entertainment was at the sunset bar and we found we could never get a seat there but it didn’t bother us too much. The daytime entertainment is limited to water polo (way too competitive and limited to adults only), aqua gym and darts. All of which were aimed at adults. We had a young teenager with us so there wasn’t too much aimed at his age range although he loved the games room with billiards/bowling and arcades. It would be nice to have other family based entertainment during the day. There was a really lovely quiet relaxation pool but we couldn’t use it as it was for 16+. It would have been nice to be able to take our teenager there for a quiet swim but he wasn’t allowed in. The website I booked on also said mini golf was available but there was none. The food was good and the all inclusive drinks were branded which was a bonus but the mixers were a bit of a let down. Just too sweet for our personal tastes. The beer and wine were good. The hotel is very remote and you need to take a shuttle bus to get to the beach but the bus service was great and we enjoyed going to the beach a few times. There is a pier that you can jump off into the sea which was fun. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider going back again. The only other point to note is that the hotel is very smoke friendly. No exaggeration when I say that I did not see a single other non-smoking family. There was smoke everywhere-even the staff smoked all the time. There was no escape. It would be nice if the hotel dedicated a few non smoking areas so non smokers could enjoy some fresh air!! Hopefully this is something the hotel could consider as we really liked the place but the level of smoking really was off putting.. .

The Hotel has everything in it! You wont get bored, here are many things to do.. Relax Pool is perfect for people who like it a little bit calmer. Food tastes very good and you have a big choice. The Aqua park has amazing slides, kids going to love it!. .

Goldcity 5* hotel with spectacular views. Was really excited for this trip, going by pics and positive reviews (ignored any bad ones, as most of the time, people just like a whine). With the hotel appearing in the distance at 4am (long transfer from airport, definitely choose private transfer), it looked spectacular up on the mountain! Check in was perfect, all done in minutes. Large superior room 10/10 on 5th floor with hot-tub, although not working. Quick mention to reception in morning and it was fixed immediately. Reception staff 10/10 good English speaking and answered all of our questions about resort. Breakfast 10/10 was varied and plentiful, not much wait other than waffle and omlette queue. My only gripe was ran out of oranges last few days. Husseyn an amazing guy, very friendly, gets to know your name, what you eat/drink and an informative local who knows his stuff, definitely helps with the dining experience. All buffet restaurant staff do a great job, all efficient. Pool areas 10/10 are very clean and we rarely had issue with beds. Snack Bar food and staff 10/10, never much wait and decent food served quickly. Sunset bar, pool bar, coffee bar, ice cream bar, pizza bar, wrap bar all great 10/10. Never done anything with entertainment team, so can't rate activities, but staff seemed to do their job and drum up competitors. Bedo was very friendly with guests. Spa facilities 10/10, booked 3 massages, Turkish baths, sauna/steamroom, nice indoor pool. Aslam is a nice chill guy. Gym facilities 6/10. I used most days, bit dated and in need of upheaval. Closed on Sunday for deep clean, which was good. Water Park 10/10, good variety of slides. Indoor games arcade 7/10. Great for bowling, pool, outdated/overused arcade games (comment from 13yo Son) and all paid extras not part of all inclusive. Hillside Restaurant 9/10, great views, quick service, can book 1 per 5 days, didn't book other fish restaurant. I personally liked buffet restaurant too much. Evening entertainment 8/10. Plenty seats at amphitheatre, shows a hit or miss, some very good, some average, none too bad, hence score. Now for improvements, number 1 being outdoor sports facilities 0/10. They have a large complex about 25 minute walk away, I know, as I walked it, but its closed. I deem myself sporty and my 13yo son loves football, but no facilities anywhere. A bunch of kids around 12 x 5-15yo) including my Son, would kick a ball about with water polo goals, but got told off by staff/security, so only lasted couple nights. For majority of holiday, they would just hang about at night with not much to do. No cinema-closed 0/10. No nightclub-closed 0/10. Supermarket 3/10, a little overpriced. My Son bought small pool ball for 10 euros, lasted 2 days. Went to exchange, and rudely ignored after staff using Google translate. Told hotel reception about experience and mentioned I would add to review, but in no way does this reflect hotel rating, as independent market renting space. Evening drinks bars staff 10/10, but overworked, hotel not providing enough staff, so actual score for bars 7/10, as sometimes long queues, especially all the cocktails being requested. An improvement could be separated queue for cocktails, or more of the premade cocktails near the Sunset Bar. Forgot about beach 9/10. Buses regular and on time. Lots of beds, great bar for food and drink, couple different height piers to jump off. -1 point off for lack of sand, but no big deal. Would I return..........with cinema, night club, gym upgrade, sports facilities (all of which were part of hotel at one stage), I would be there every year.. .

Zeker een aanrader ! ik beveel dit hotel iedereen aan voor jong en oud. the food was good , the snack bar was not oure best choises , the burgers were dissapointing for us the pool was verry good the rooms, we had a standart room 1 pers bed en 1 double bed . they were verry good Good room for 3 people The hairdryer dosent work properley! The cleaning of the room can do so much better !!!! the last 2 days were a disastor . The waterpark . we dident get the chance to go because we were here for 7 days and did some excursions Book Youre Excursions With NASA Tours ! they are the best and have the best prices. we booked the jeep excursion and the sunset boat tour . we have taken the transferbus to alanya from the hotel only 3€ p.p. oneway ticket . the bus is at 9 or 13 and commes back on the meetingpoint around 19h there is a free bus tot the beach the animators are soooo great and doing there best sooo much !!! we love them. the hotel is verry good , verry friendly staf , they help every time you need them . you can not get any money in the hotel only in the city . Do Not Buy Stuff in the shops of the hotel !!! They are sooooo EXPENSIVE !!! 18€ voor bar of choclat , 3,5 € voor 1L water !! BUY all stuff on the local market on saterday in mamutlar. .

Overal. The beds are good, the food is good and the employees are really nice and I loved it but sometimes the rooms aren’t always getting cleaned as good (mostly they are) the view is really pretty. I had a good fist holiday. There were also very good shows in the theatre. .

cleaning. the food was nice the staff was also nice but the room was not cleaned properly the trash was not taken away and the ashtray was overfull and was only emptied 2 times in a week for the rest I really liked my stay here and maybe we will come back next year. .
