Would recommend longstay. Good experience at this hotel. Staff are very helpful especially concierge, housekeeping and duty manager. Ornella was very good at dealing with a small issue I had and in housekeeping Zameer is very helpful and Maidul is excellent at housekeeping. .

My experience. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish; we would like to give special thanks to Mahmoud, who welcomed us at 4 a.m. with a warm, beautiful smile and the kindest of compliments. His professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel instantly at home, even at such an unusual hour. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart.. .

All the staff is accommodating specially the reception, and house keeping. Every thing is excellent definitely will come back again, breakfast buffet is good, but sometimes is too busy. .

A trip with my son. My son and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel at the end of July. The hotel has nothing but positives. It's located in a convenient location for tourists, with all the attractions just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. In addition to accommodations, the hotel offers massage services, a swimming pool, and a gym. The food is also a plus. Fortunately, the hotel doesn't cut corners and doesn't serve food geared towards Europeans, but they do serve regional cuisine, which is a plus. The only criticism I have is the hotel's elevators (they need improvement; there are times when there are long waits—we had a 25-minute wait). Another minor issue is the air conditioning. I don't know about the other rooms, but ours was freezing cold despite the heat outside. The worst part is that we couldn't adjust the temperature because the air conditioning controller was probably broken (room 1808). Despite this, if I ever return to Dubai, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.. .

Poor. Wrote this whilst still at the hotel Cleaniness is poor Bathrooms and rooms dated/look dirty Shower fittings poor and we had no hot water one afternoon Long ques for lifts Slow service to be served in restaurants Restrictions on drinks/times etc... not really a All inc hotel. Only 2 restaurant and buffet Foodnot great..we've had to eat outside of hotel. Bins smell near pool areas. Lack of understanding/communication with staff Waited over 45mins at The Rose Cafe for 1 wrap. Would not return or recommend this hotel Compare to other Rotana hotels This one is disgusting. .

Cleanliness. The Rayhan hotal is good location,, they are staff is very friendly. Specially housekeeping staff Imran is very helpfully and he is cleaning is very good.. .

Amazing. This was my second time.... loved every bit of it.. Can't wait to be there again.. everything was so perfect. The feel was very homely i loved the vibe there.... they are too good. .

Absolutely amazing. I can not speak highly of this hotel. The service from staff particularly Victoria and Islam is above expectations. The hotel is spotless and the food and wine wonderful. Beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and very comfortable. Very good value for money, we will be back. . .
