Noise (train) from outside is very high.. We stayed here 7 years ago and it was clean and the breakfast was nice. But this time i cant say the same thing. Location is good.. They are under construction of the reception but they are still operating as if it is ok to let people walk by construction (uneven floors, pipes, wires etc in the reception.) They should stop accepting people during this heavy work or find another solution. Also the trains passing by every 10 - 15 minutes and the noise is extremely high in the room..

A clean, modern and comfortable hotel, everything was very good.
The rooms are large, large bathroom with bathtub, cleaning is done daily. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean
Good breakfast, Staff is friendly and helpful.
WI-FI works very well (You need to log in with your passport number to access WiFi)
We enjoyed staying at this hotel and will return there again if we return to Izmir,. it is a bit far from the Center (2 metro stops)
having the camera on the back, a disadvantage is the noise produced by the subway line that comes out of the underground right next to the hotel..

Good. . I slept at 30 degrees in the room, the air conditioner works very poorly! The lady at the Reception pretends to help you with everything, I left the air conditioner on, and the very kind lady turned it off after I left for the city!.

Disappointing. Location is near the central park, breakfast is fine. Mold in the bathroom, hotel is rather shabby, smoky room (smoke is allowed in hotel).
Staff tries to get the key of the guests car, because they need to change car location due to limitation of parking that isn’t safe for me.

A great value for the money. All facilities are available. The breakfast was good too.. and also i wanma thank the lady on reception "mehtap" and all the staff , they are really nice.. .

Passable. . There was leaking of water after shower, and lot of water on the floor, very dangerous for falling down after showering.
There is glass on the walls of the bathroom and the roller blind is out of order, and there was not privacy when you are in the bathroom..
