Very good. I was there one night only, but everything looks so good. Bathroom was brand new and very nice. Central location very useful. The staff was willing to help with everything I needed.. .

Very poor. The location of the hotel is quite OK, but the interior of the room very old, partly broken and ready to be changed - or rather throw in the trash... I was very dissatisfied that the reception was not able to arrange refilling the soap and the shower gel/shampoo through my whole stay. I asked receptionist in the afternoon, right after my arrival, then, the same day evening, then, next morning and finally, in the evening the second day. The receptionist told me that they are out of shampoo and even fully booked to offer me bathroom in a different room. Even without shampoo, you have to wait at least 10 minutes to get at least somehow warm water from the shower. The breakfast wasn't even at 8 am ready and they were still preparing it..

It’s really a 3 star. Just average. Good staff though.. Good location, right in the middle of everything. Lovely and helpful staff.. Room was in overall disappointing. Hardly any space and small window showed a terrible and dirty view at the back of the building. Breakfast didn’t have much selection either..
