Closing time isn’t a good time. We unfortunately booked the final week prior to a shutdown for refurbishment. If we had known we would not have booked. We were informed 4 weeks prior to the holiday and had to move hotels for the final day. The grounds were well maintained but windows were dirty, the beach needed raking of cigarette stumps, the rooms and corridors are very, very tired and soiled. It did not feel like a five star resort and the online photos are very misleading. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our issues lie with the corporate side and being informed of closure too late to change booking and find a new hotel.. .

Beach, pool and location are nice but that’s it. If the rooms get a revamp, have staff who speak English and better food. Location, pool and beach were nice. Food was below average, very hard to communicate as staff couldn’t speak English. Rooms are old.

A Memorable Stay with Room for Improvement. **A Memorable Stay with Room for Improvement**
We recently spent 14 nights at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Çeşme, Turkey, from August 11th to 24th, 2024. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, but there were a few aspects that could be improved.
**The Good:**
- **Breakfast:** The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
- **Pool:** The pool area was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax.
- **Spa:** We also had a wonderful experience at the spa. The treatments were top-notch, leaving us feeling rejuvenated.
- **Entertainment:** The entertainment team was polite and engaging, providing enjoyable activities throughout our stay.
- **Location:** The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to mini buses running in both directions, making it convenient to explore the area.
**The Not-So-Good:**
- **Housekeeping:** Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was inconsistent. The cleaning staff often forgot to restock basic items, which was a bit frustrating. It seemed like they were understaffed and struggling to keep up.
- **WiFi:** The WiFi service was poor, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.
- **Beach Service:** While the beachfront itself was lovely, getting service there was a challenge. Although we often had to walk all the way to the beach bar to place an order, we would still be ignored. The exception was Ms. Rabia, who was fantastic. She consistently checked in on us when she was on duty, and her attentiveness really stood out.
- **Spa:** Some of the facilities were out of service as it was last year.
In summary, while we enjoyed many aspects of our stay at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Çeşme, there were a few areas that decreased the value for money. With some attention to these details, this resort has the potential to offer an even better experience. We had the same experience when we had previously stayed here.. .

Summer Holidays. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. I stayed in this hotel with my family en enjoyed the food and swimming very much. The hotel has also a very nice beach very you can enjoy the Aegean Sea. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a chill summer holiday.. .
