Great facilities and excellent customer service. Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June.
We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.. .

Superb. I had a good stay at this hotel in Batumi. The location is excellent, right on the shore of the Black Sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful environment. Everything was overall fine, and I enjoyed my time here. My only suggestion is that the hotel may need some renovations in the near future to keep up its standards. Despite that, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend it to other. .

Not a 5 star hotel at all. Location is very good, service and food terrible, not clean, room was not cleaned, noise and no soundproofing at all, avoid rooms with connection doors, mosquito are another problem. Staff at the reception, especially not guest friendly. .

Nice hotel horobul breakfist!. The hotel is nice. But breakfast is minimal! no good coffee, bred is not fresh, the pastries are not fresh too. not fit for 5 stars hotel at all! We went to buy breakfast uotsid! The facilities are nice, the location in good. We expect more from the hotel and the price we paid.. .
