terrible. . First of all room was extremely dirty. you can’t see carpet color from dirt. Everywhere was hair. You should be careful about area there is a many trans gender people working as a prostitus. I couldn’t sleep because of their fighting.

It was good, thank you very much, we enjoyed our short stay in Izmir.. We enjoyed our stay and the drawing masterclass in the lobby on the first floor.. There was nothing wrong which I didn’t like or at least remember about..

Pretty good!. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. I traveled to other cities in Turkey while staying at this hotel and the cleaning staff took care of my plants too!. .

Not what I expected. Lication. Very small, smaller than a hotel room. Booked as apartment but definitely not an apartment. Even no space for a toilet door, so they put a sliding door. Bathroom shower side has only half partition so the water splatter wets the rest of Bathroom. Had only one small shampoo bottle for toiletries. Rain shower head, most of holes blocked. Kettle but no tea bags or coffee. Even no cups in my room. When leaving I spoke to the owner that what he has advertised is totally different but he refused to accept and said this is eco-apartment. Well this is something new for me..

great location. location was great! the bathroom was also pretty good!. could do with a good clean the walls were very dirty! not a problem for us but the location seems to be a bit of a red light district which could be uncomfortable for others..

Passable. . The room is nice, we loved it that's why we wanted it the next week when we came back to Izmir, but the problem was that we reserved it at the front desk not with booking. We told the receptionist that we wanted the same room or a room with balcony. We paid and everything but when we came back, the room that they gave us didn't have the balcony that we asked for and they couldn't give us another room. We end up staying at an other hotel..
