Exceptional. Definitely the best hotel of my life. I’ve been to many places, including this category, but Biblos surprised me. Every detail here shows you that you will definitely want to come back again. Even unusual requests are executed instantly here. I have never heard that a guest is assigned a personal assistant who is in touch with you 24 hours and solves everything down to the smallest detail, special thanks to Anastasia, everything was at the highest level. Beautiful, unusual designer interior and exterior, huge bonsai, here Bali, Maldives and jungle on one territory. And you can write legends about breakfast, it’s something unimaginable. Thank you very much for these unforgettable experiences, you are not only the best in your region or country, but one of the best in the world.. .

An unforgettable birthday stay with exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and comprehensive facilities. Highly. I recently stayed at Biblos Resort Alaçatı for my birthday, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Anastasia, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She showed us around the property, explained all the entertainment options available, and was accessible via chat whenever we needed assistance. The resort provided a complimentary birthday cake and a fruit basket, which were delightful touches that made my special day even more memorable. Despite visiting towards the end of the season, the resort maintained a high standard of service. The weather was perfect, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the ambiance was peaceful. The room exceeded my expectations with its space, luxurious comfort, and high-end amenities, including heavenly comfortable beds, plush pillows, and a fancy bathroom. The resort's facilities, like the gym, spa, and gaming room, were all well-maintained and readily available. The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive package as it truly pays off, providing great value and convenience. Overall, my stay at Biblos Resort Alaçatı was outstanding with no downsides. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered getaway.. .

stunning location offering high customer service, dining in wonderful setting however for a high price. beautiful resort. restaurants are very (too) expensive ; no peaceful or quit evening on the terrace of your swim up room as there is loud music, unfortunately not only from Biblos only however also from the place nextdoor.

Luxury escape with 5* service. Beautiful hotel and facilities - we felt like we were on a tropical escape and a great location, close to the centre with cab. The service was impeccable, super friendly and attentive throughout the hotel. Easily up there with some of the best hotels we’ve visited - we also loved the VIP transfer and WhatsApp service feature, with Gamze, Buse and Hediye always on hand to help us with whatever we needed, thanks a million!. .

Above and Beyond. My family and I spent a week at Biblos in mid August. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are very nicely appointed, and the staff is beyond eager to please. The kids club is comprised of over 25k sq' of everything that makes kids happy. But I really want to highlight a specific experience that we had. I lost my wedding ring in the spa pool while playing with the kids. I didn't even realize it until after we left Turkey. I messaged the hotel about it. Not only did they find my ring, but they went through lots of extra effort to find a shipping company that would send the ring back to the U.S., packaged it meticulously, and drove it to a courier out of town to send it back to me. That may be the strongest example of customer service I've ever experienced. If we are ever back in Turkey, we are defintely going to pay Biblos another visit.. .

Excellent !. More than a resort, it’s one community concept where we enjoyed good vibes that meet high level of quality & professionalism. Front office, F&B, housekeeping, pools & beach … & THE SPA !! All the teams are 👍👍… thanks to Mr Baris, Hediye & Gamze, Ahmet & Yussuf, Fatih & his colleagues with a special « bravo » to Chef Ali in charge of Khalia restaurant …super morning brunch & Turkish food … Japanese & fish restaurant are also very good (Ms Leila🙏)… The SPA is unique, high standards & therapists are very good … thanks to Ecem for her kindness & attentions. The only issue with Biblos resort is that before leaving you have to rebook again … to share time with this so smart teams. Thanks to all of you. .

Simply The Best!!. Outstanding! That's pretty much all I can say. From the impeccably manicured grounds, the fabulous breakfast and I do mean fabulous to our Beach House room which was very spacious and comfortable Biblos Resort Alacati is a winner. The beach is great as is the pool. I did not go to the spa so can't comment on it. The resort checks all the boxes. But the best thing is the staff. My luggage was lost and then found and the front desk staff (Anastasia) talked to Turkish Airlines and recovered my suitcase. It was picked up and was delivered to me the next afternoon by the van driver and Anastasia. Also the restaurant staff and the beach crew all excellent. It's also very close to Alacati center which in itself is a plus. A great town with a great vibe! From someone who has been to many beautiful resorts, if you're going to the Aegean in Turkey, take my advise and go to Biblos Resort Alacati. .

Very good. Super beautiful resort. Good quality. Staff could be more consistent. Prices for services are very high inside the hotel..
