Great value. I am sure there are lots of other great value hotels in Batumi but this for sure is worth a look at the right price.

My secound home . My 3 time in Batumi in Georgia i recommend for ever one.. food, games stuf manager Rüstem bey, was very profesional friendly honest other stuff was all good too,
views of my rooms all was good views.
When you need help Veronica and customer help desk work profesional.
Location is perfect walking distance almost everwhere .

Mixed bag. Hotel is located in the city centre approx. 15 mins. drive from Batumi Airport (BUS), taxifare is under 10 Lari. Everything is within walking distance, which is a big plus.
Small room, clean and well kept. Doublebed with very bad matress and uncomfortable pillows. There is an empty minibar, safe, aircon, caffee/tea tray and strong wifi. 1 english newschannel (japanese state channel). Bathroom has shower cubicle, plenty of hot water, "rainshower" did not work. Soap and shampoo provided as well as clean towels. I did not find cleaning staff friendly.
Unfortunately the hotel does not have any outside seating area, the small lobby cafe/restaurant is open for meals. Breakfast served from 8AM (mine was included) was a menu of 6 diffrent ideas of world breakfast. The first days I was allowed to have 1 coffee and 1 glass of juice, the rest I was given 1 coffee. Clearly demotivated and unfriendly staff. Think its my first time that I need to pay my coffee in the included breakfast...
My check in/out was swift and friendly. I found the staff at the front desk to be friendly and helpful, as the only ones at this hotel.
I did like Batumi indeed, and will return, but will not be returning to the golden hotel.. .
