Passable. Huge room with plenty of space, clean. Very noisy room at the crossroads between Gorgasali and Gamsakhurdia street, windows with non-existing acoustic insulation. Had to check to see if windows were closed, couldn't believe it.
Breakfast wasn't much to speak about, we went to Cafe Lemon where it was excellent, but of course not included in the price..

Get the Deluxe room - it is worth it!. Location,
The building is looking fantastically good inside and outside (but we were in the main building, the second one is not that good),
Extremely happy with our DeLuxe room (that is an important part of it - Standard rooms may bring different experience). But with our Deluxe room - with a balcony overlooking the Piazza, and a huge terrace in the inner yard - it was perfect.
Value / price is really good.
Helpful personnel.. It seemed like the room was not cleaned till our arrival, so we had to spend the first night in another room..
