Sea, sun, delicious dishes. Merit Crystal Cove was stunning as always. All the staff were excellent, hardworking and helpful. The food was marvelous. I cannot imagine a better vacation.. .

Exceptional Beach Service Made Our Stay Unforgettable. We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a big part of what made it so memorable was the outstanding service – especially from the beach staff. Ogulcan and Ilhan were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our entire holiday. They made everything feel effortless, always checking in with a smile, making sure we were comfortable, and going the extra mile to help with anything we needed. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out – it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to them, our time by the beach was truly relaxing. Their kindness made a real difference and added a personal touch that we’ll remember long after the holiday. Highly recommend this hotel – and we hope you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Ogulcan and Ilhan too!. .

Various types of food and really friendly staff. I went to a lot of hotels but i have never seen a restaurant like this so many options everything is freshly made. Everyday different types of foods. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly gave me information about the hotel and what i can do in the city. .

Superior Vacation in Northern Cyprus.. Visited for 5 nights with 3 adult kids. Superior food served at the open buffet included. We all loved the additional service like massage. Turkish bath, sauna and the pool. Beach is beautiful. Staff is always willing to serve and accommodate. Will definitely return. Highly recommended for all ages.. .

A great week with family with few remarks. Our family group of 11, spread across three families, spent a week at this hotel and had an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel is spacious, well-appointed, and easy to navigate, with plenty of amenities and activities. However, for the premium price, there are areas where improvement is needed. Outdoor Areas, Beach, and Pool: The hotel’s outdoor spaces are well-maintained, featuring mature gardens, a playground, farm animals, and an impressive turtle rehabilitation center. These areas provide ample opportunities to relax with plenty of shaded seating options. While the main pool is on the smaller side for such a large resort, it remains uncrowded as most guests choose the beach. The 24/7 pool bar offers a lively atmosphere with good service, making it a pleasant spot to unwind. Guests can choose between two beach areas. The quieter “Aquarium Beach” offers a serene experience with rock formations and no bar service, but it’s equipped with a well-stocked fridge, showers, and changing facilities. The main beach is more active and accessible by stairs or an elevator, featuring a spacious bar and cabana options (available at an extra cost). Overall, the beach setup is organized and well-serviced. Hotel Rooms and Amenities: The hotel’s large casino and welcoming reception, with helpful porters, create a good first impression. The lobby bar, open from 9 AM to midnight, offers snacks and attentive service in a comfortable setting. However, the room quality was a bit underwhelming. The actual rooms did not match the promotional photos, and I recommend requesting a room in the main building. While we appreciated the prompt service when asking for additional hangers, the lack of balcony furniture and inconsistencies in room setup were disappointing. Despite this, housekeeping stood out for its efficiency and friendliness, going above and beyond. Food and Beverage: The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes, with live cooking stations and a setup that rivals some luxury hotels. We found the food quality excellent with something for everyone, especially at the beachside lunch options that include various cuisines and treats like waffles and ice cream. Specialty dining options include an Ottoman kitchen and seafood restaurant, both available at an extra charge. However, while the buffet impressed, bar service was inconsistent. The selection of spirits was limited, and the staff seemed untrained in mixing cocktails. We often had to explain how to prepare drinks, which, coupled with the limited English spoken by staff, was surprising given the hotel’s location and target market. Providing better cocktail menus and training would enhance the experience. Spa and Wellness: The spa offers affordable treatments, but the quality was below expectations. We tried several treatments, many of which were subpar. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines but lacks sanitation wipes and regular cleaning, which deterred us from returning. Additionally, the gym opening at 9 AM feels late for a facility that should cater to early risers. Overall Experience: Despite some areas needing improvement, we had a fantastic family week. The hotel’s staff is generally friendly and willing, though better training and management would elevate the overall experience. For the price point, there is room for improvement, particularly in staff development and attention to detail. In summary, while there are some areas that require attention, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. The positives outweigh the negatives, but a stronger focus on value for money and consistency would make this hotel what you would expect.. .

The best hospitality brand ever but please Stay away from Poker room!. This place is known for the best hospitality brand Merit. No doubt they are the best and we love this brand ,it includes every hotel and casino and restaurant etc they operate. F&B is amazing,staff is amazing. We wanted to try Merit Poker room here, thought it’d be same quality with all Merits and casinos. Simply worst experience every with “Merit” name. We were disappointed. Welcoming is not good, staff is not fluent in English including cashiers,dealers,floor managers/floormen, no respect for newbies, no one to describe the rules and everything relating gameplay. Literally everyone is out of patience and respect so they act accordingly. They made me feel shy like i am out of this world and i was thinking who am i? Rude dealers-in merit casinos you get the best service and hospitality from everyone, dealers always smile,they support you and teach the games. Inspectors are amazing and most importantly pit bosses are the best.Merit quality is internationally known and proven. But Merit Poker is not same. Racist attitude, out of sudden they penalized newbies instead of warning or describing. Then we asked the rules and terms about penalties but of course floormen couldn’t show anything and speak English, foolish action, with primary school level English he thought saying “you!- penalty! Stand up”and dealer saying “go! go from table!” Is enough,how professional and respectful ha? in the end any player there is a customer. Reason is i dropped down a chip from table to my lap. It’s international place so at least C1 level English speakers must be hired. Not racist people who talk themselves in their own language thinking no one knows their language but we understand that language too! So imagine a table fully international,only English is spoken,there are some warnings written that only English must be spoken but dealers and their supervisors talk in their own language with racist attitudes! Shame! Shame to “Merit” title of poker brand as this poker room never deserves “Merit” brand.. .

Beautiful place with some room for improvement.. It’s a lovely hotel; staff is great and the mostly respectful. It’s like heaven with rare animals, lots of trees and beautiful scenery and the beach. Food is excellent and alcoholic beverages are plenty. Can they serve better, of course. Here are the items can be added, improved: 1. There should be services from and to the airport , not only for gamblers but all. 2. There is an image problem, sometimes almost 70% of the guests are men, mostly gamblers. They should encourage families and women groups by providing discounts. Management is not problem solver, they love to explain. No concave mirror, bath leafs.. .

It depends. Only place where employees feel like they are the owner of the entire hotel. I was just waiting for shuttle service and security guy came and asked me out. Most of the waiters at casino act like they dont hear you calling them. Room was nice and comfortable but employees need to get training. If im paying 1300TRY over a night I would like to feel welcomed to stay. . .
