Hotel Steals Money!!!. I can’t express my anger enough — the hotel is charging extra dollar for everyday and in the invoice it comes out as “Charity Donation”. I have not been even asked if I am charitable person or if I want to donate money, they just charge you without even clarifying what the Charity Fund is for.
When I raised the question they where like, we can take it away, system does this automatically, as if it’s not their system charging my credit card I have trusted them with— what about asking me before charging so that I don’t feel like a piece of cake after I tell you that I have not signed for donations.

Disappointed Experience. I was not satisfied with the service provided during my stay. First of all, the reception staff was quite cold and seemed unwilling to assist. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and despite calling reception twice about it, no action was taken. The maintenance team never arrived, and I had to stay in a cold room. This lack of basic services greatly affected my stay. I hope the hotel management pays more attention to these issues and prioritizes guest satisfaction in the future.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not provide the quality and service I expected, considering both its brand and the prices it offers. In this review, the quality of the service it provided and its prices were far below my expectations.. .

3 star Hotel. I wish I knew. Now you know. This is not a 5 star hotel. Management said they cant do anything. Lobby is falling apart. When showering water goes from hot to cold. Air conditioning is nit working. Floors are dirty in the room and bathroom. When we checked in there was wall thumping music from floor below. We thought it would stop past 10 or 11 pm. Our beds shook all night. I approached the manager. I was told there is nothing they can do. She told me they have to deal with this too all night and they cant stop club level volumes all night. About the water, A/C and dirt in the room I was told sorry we are under renovation and nothing can be done. Didnt offer a different room or attempt to make any gesture to get me to believe this is a one time issue. If you like to rest and vacation DO NOT STAY HERE. Its NOT 5 STAR and they are renovating at your comports cost. .
