good. location is great.. hotel’s entry door didn’t find easily. you need to walk next to the car park.
when we come in the room, wi-fi doesn’t work in the room. it was working out of room. when i talk to reception, he says i will talk tecnic personel then it will be ok. just in case if they doesn’t fix it, what will you do? he says nothing. how come? could you change our room? no, hotel is full. i didn’t accept this solution. they didn’t fix it and he came the room, he gave us new wifi but that wasn’t work properly and i didn’t do anything.

Tourist Trap. They try to create the impression of a luxury five star boutique design hotel. If that's what you look for, don't go here. If you look for a hotel with unique designed rooms for some instagram photos, this might be your hotel though. I wasn't to happy with the service (they try to be nice but can't provide any service beyond checking you in and out), the cleaning (room and bath room where dirty) as well as the provided amenities (no spa, no gym, no restaurant, not even a lobby). Beyond that the biggest con to me was the missing soundproof at all (you can hear the other rooms and everything that's happening on the hallway in your room) and the bad wifi. Overall it felt to me that they try to create a nice boutique hotel but fail due to lack of experience and expertise.. .

I’ve stayed at Radisson’s and Sheratons before, and this boutique hotel holds VERY high value to me, because you simply. I loved the hospitality immediately from my first conversation on WhatsApp, with Ekaterina, hotel manager. I had some initial questions about the airport shuttle service, as well as the details of the Bolt Taxi service. She was so kind and easy to talk to. Nukri, one of the employers at the front desk, gave a seamless and easy check out process as well.
I decided to pay for a room package that consisted of free breakfast each morning, and the one lady upstairs at the Lumi Restaurant (11th floor, rooftop) named Katya was extremely professional in preparing the coffee and tea, closing the blinds if the sun was too bright, and also engaging in personal, cordial conversation.. Nothing at all!.
