Good hotel in a good location, but the staff could do better. We stayed at the Double Tree Hilton in Antalya for three nights. The hotel is well located, about a 30 min walk from the Kaleci area. The room was great, but way too hot and stuffy. We could not turn down the heat, and the aircon (ie cooling) did not come on. Opening the balcony door did the trick.
Breakfast was fine, but a few things ran out at 9:30am, and the staff did not seem interested in replenishments. Service was sadly lacking.
The Gao Club restaurant was fine, a decent spread of dishes (not too many) would ensure that there would be something for everyone for a meal or two
Housekeeping was hit and miss. We got new towels, coffee, water on the first two days; but on the last day, neither water or coffee was replenished
One disappointing factor was the lack of care at reception. We needed a doctor (for a cough & cold, not an emergency); and I would have expected the front office to provide address or guidance to finding a doctor. All we got was a name of a hospital; and a 'Sorry, no doctor details'. Most good hotels have details of emergency contacts like doctors, hospitals, etc at hand
The hotel lobby and room were fine, but the staff seem to let this hotel down in a few ways.. .

i will not recommend to any of my freinds. the breakfast was good, the house keeping lady was very helpfull, nice and cheerfull who is working in 4th floor with Wite hair i think her name Nazly Gol ( not sure). the people in front office was very unfreindly, and one Elevator only was working during my Entire stay, accordingly we have to wait for the left not less then 10 mnts to come, and it will stiop in each floor.

Nice. It is a very good and new hotel. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is great. The SPA section is great. We are glad we stayed at this Hilton. We would also like to thank the bellboy Semih and the receptionist Kübra who helped us with our check-in procedures. We hope to stay at this hotel again.. .
