Rooms smell like cigarettes. Spent two nights at this hotel. We were surprised by the fact that it allows guests to smoke inside the hotel and the rooms, which makes the smell of cigars be everywhere. We asked to change the room and they gave us another one with the same smell.
The hotel is very central which is nice during day time but not that nice during night time. Breakfast is ok. If t weren't by the smell of cigar, it could be a very reasonable stay as its price is very competitive.. .

Good stay. Room is clean and spacious. Heater was good enough during winter. They provided us with Turkish breakfast everyday. They have cats, kids really love them. It has small lift and the housekeeping (an old guy) helped with our luggages. Location is really strategic (near to markets and shops). It has plenty parking spots.. Front office staff cannot really speak English, quite difficult to communicate with them (seems a bit rude, but probably because they didn't speak well). The young house keeping didn't smile at all (too bad for hospitality service). We spent about 6 days with the same breakfast (bit boring with the lack of options)..

Central hotel, but noisy room. Hotel with parking, in the center of Izmir near the train station. Good breakfast.
However, the night was horrible, even with earplugs, because of the noise generated by machinery. We were in room 105. Unfortunately, the call to the receptionist did not solve the problem. The noise stopped at 0:40 and started again at 4:00 in the morning. .

Passable. Local restaurants nearby. Breakfast is limited and the quality of the food is not great.
Noise from the lobby as there were people (staff and costumers) watching football on the TV.
The bedroom wasn't ready when we arrived at the end of the day.
Facilities are old and would do with a little of TLC.
Hygiene and cleanliness could be improved..

Very good. room was able to fit 5 pax nicely.. this was one of the highest price hotel we paid in Turkey. the place looks quite run down though. nonetheless, still a good shelter for the rainy night..
