Poor. The room was large and comfortable.
Location. Service was terrible!
From the moment we arrive it feels like we came to disturb them. The guy who we woke up at 06:00 was surprised to have us and find it hard to believe we are expected even if that we get their knowledge from a head.
I had to argue with him to get a towel and not to wait 4 hours as he tried to insist.
The next shift guy had no more patience, not ready to listen and yell at us.
When I asked him if he knew of a reliable car rent office in Batum : "I have no idea".
So don't bother them. People in Georgia are warm and helpful everywhere but unfortunately at that hotel desk. Find a better place.
The room itself was large and comfortable but needed to be maintained , rust in the shower and fix the toilet cover..

Very good. Room is comfy and clean. View is beautiful.. As for me breakfast is so poor for 4 star hotel, and it wasn't tasty.
Staff is rude a little and barely talk english..
