Excellent Stay with Great Service & Breakfast, but Noisy Windows. High quality hotel, a level above most Doubletrees. The staff are very attentive from the moment you arrive.
It's well-located right by a tram stop which will take you all the sights you want to see. Trams are extremely frequent, never had to wait more than 5 mins!
Breakfast was absolutely excellent, they had SO many different options: both Turkish and your usual Western/American stuff.
The room itself was good: comfortable bed. A little short on storage space. My only complaint is the windows in the room really leak sound, when we arrived we had to ask to move to a higher-up room, Istanbul is obviously not a quiet city! We were directly above where the buffet was and in the buffet was no street noise, so clearly something with the windows.. .

Hotel wonderfully located in the city center. A great stay in a hotel perfectly located in the city center, close to all major attractions.
The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of carefully organized products.
I requested a late check-out, and while the Front Office team was not very cooperative, Gonca Karahan from Guest Relations was extremely helpful in accommodating my request
