This is a hotel that doesn't even deserve two stars.. I didn't like anything. The information provided in Booking about this hotel is unreliable. This hotel does not meet the standard for 2 stars, not 5. They have no respect for customers or people's faith there. My wife and I were there during Ramadan from 11.03 to 15.03.2025 and we were subjected to terrible humiliation. It turned out that the bedroom was not attached to the hotel / despite the fact that it says here that it is attached to the hotel / and while we were in our swimsuits, outside visitors, men and women, dressed and shod, entered the bedroom area ... Horror. On top of that, on 15.03.2025 in the morning at 07:00 / when I got up / it turned out that there was no electricity in the hotel and that the elevators were not working. We had to leave and the hotel did not help us in any way. We used the flashlights on our phones to illuminate the corridors and we had to carry over 50 kilograms of luggage down 11 floors ourselves along dark corridors and stairs, and I had surgery and should not carry heavy things, but no one cared about that. While at the reception there were nearly 8 male staff who did nothing. This is the most terrible place. We have not received any compensation for the inconvenience caused. This hotel does not even deserve two stars. Terrible attitude towards the customer / I have photos and videos of everything that was done to me. I will provide them to the consumer protection commission. /.

Disappointing Service Overshadows an Otherwise Decent Hotel Stay. I recently stayed at The green park hotel and while the hotel itself was satisfactory with clean and spacious rooms, my experience was marred by the conduct of the reception staff during the evenings.
Unfortunately, the boys working the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They consistently responded in an impolite manner, making even simple interactions uncomfortable. What compounded the issue was their lack of responsiveness; I found myself having to go down to the reception in person every time I needed assistance or wanted to place an order, as my calls went unanswered.
While the accommodations were decent, the service was truly the worst I have ever encountered in my travels. It's disappointing because a pleasant stay can easily be ruined by poor customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as improving staff interactions could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.. .

Don't Expect Too Much. Nice hotel. Breakfast is the same every morning, but if you like cheese then this is for you. My Wife and I wanted an afternoon by the pool, so packed our stuff together and off we went. We were meet by security who told us it was 750TL each (£18) to use the pool. You don't read that wrong, it was £18 EACH! We turned and walked away with a women telling us that she had writtern out our ticket and we MUST pay. Thanks, but won't be staying there again!. .
