The perfect staff hotel near Anka mall .. We stayed in a junior suite facing Anka mall, which was very spacious and had a jacuzzi , a very nice touch .
A special thanks to Miss Kubra , who helped us during our stay and made sure that the water temperature under the shower was fixed while taking a shower , it took maintenance 15 days to fix it .
Thanks to Kadir and all the staff for making our stay memorable.. Maintenance usability to fix the minibar and ended up saying do not add more than 4 cans in it !!!!!.

Superb. CPAnkara is in a very convenient location being right next to Ankamall and the Akkopru metro, the facilities are clean and food great. Staff are very friendly and it's easy to stay here while speaking little to no Turkish.. .

Choose your staff carefully, PLEASE.. Excellent stay except for the checkout at 8 am. on Feb 1st by a lonely receptionist with a big frown and unfriendly attitude, He asked me if I used the minibar, and I said No , He then accused me of using 2 bottles of water without paying for them , imagined , I stayed 21 days to consume 2 bottles of water without paying for them , upon further checking in my suite , the 2 bottles were found on top of the minibar
Front office personnel should be very curtiuos and know how to deal with guests.. Checking out was a disaster for a beautiful 21-day stay ..
