The receptionist was really helpful and this lady Berna kulan was so helpful when I needed to find my way around hotel and helping me with getting Kaya membership set up

Business Trip at Kaya Thermal Hotel Izmir. Very good and comfortable hotel in Izmir. This is my 1st time stay at Izmir. Free upgraded room also for me during stay here. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hope I can have more times when visi Izmir again someday. Oh and the vibes of this city is also lovely :)

Best hotel in Izmir!. It was a great experience to stay with Kaya Izmir!! For the food, the Pide is a recommendation, as restaurant worker Fatih and Pide Chef Mervan recommended. It was very delicious! I especially want to thank Berna Kulan, who helped to enjoy our stay! She helped us through tough times in the city, such as good restaurants and touristic areas. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We would definitely come again!. .

Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.. I didn't eat breakfast.. I found the lifts difficult to use until another guest showed me. I also found the gym hard to find. This was because when i went to the dining room there was a sign for the gym,but I didn't realise that you accessed it through the spa entrance....

First of all, I would like to thank Berna Hanım (customer relations) for her hospitality. I would also like to thank Mr. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Room is very clean . Spa facilities is clean . Location is great just 10 minutes walk to Metro . Very close to forest area for walking .. Smell of the cigarette in the gym.

Very good. Clients do not follow the rules of the SPA, the staff do not monitor this. Clients do not wear swimming caps, eat in the thermal pool, swim as in a sports pool, which is contraindicated in the thermal pool, wear street shoes.. .

Nice and friendly. Hotel Location , rooms 1271. & 1272 , lobby atmosphere and most importantly the guest relation officer Berna and the nurse Berna they both were Fantastic and very professional….. Open buffet food and the mattress.
