Ruined by the unpleasant attack by receptionist Milan.. Room was big, clean and comfortable.. Hotel is located on the outskirts of town 50 minutes' drive from airport and promoted airport transfers. Transfers were based on that they organized a taxi which you could do yourself on arrival more conveniently. After waiting for the organized taxi in front of the airport pick area for nearly an hour and with no way to identify who was collecting or being approached, and not being able to connect to the airport Wi-Fi to correspond, we caught another taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival the desk clerk handed my wife a mobile phone upon which she received an aggressive verbal attack from the organizer of the taxi, she did not respond and handed the phone back. After checking into the room, we were called and asked to come down to reception. We were confronted by the man (Milan) who was on the phone previously, he came straight at us attacking us verbally, abusively and swearing, accusing my wife of being inappropriate for not staying on the phone, and how a woman in this day and age would behave like that, (I guess with this guy, women should know their place?). Any attempt to have a conversation was shouted down. I was willing to pay for the taxi (15 Euros) but with such abusive behavior towards me and my wife, we walked away. Never in my life have I received such an inappropriate and hostile attack from a hotel desk clerk, certainly needs to learn some tact, diplomacy and basic respect when dealing with customers. The rest of the staff were pleasant and accommodating (Radovan and the young lady whose name we didn't catch). The hotel is too far from anything..
