Cansu was great. The Instabul DEDEMan Hotel , it’s so lovely 😊 When I Walked tru the doors of such royalty. Welcome as soon as you come through the lobby. You see the beauty surrounding this place and the people that work here. They are so warm and friendly. They actually make you feel like you’re part of their Family. The rooms are gorgeous. The swimming pool is wonderful. Olympic size swimming pool very large. Also beautiful jacuzzi that I had to myself last night. Then they have the Turkish Shana stern rooms just a vapor of the mint and others spices that smells so good as she breathe. You feel your lungs and you feel the adrenaline going through your arms and legs and body. The Turkish bath houses. Cansu the guest relations lady was so 🥰 she is a totally awesome gorgeous. Beautiful young lady. Very professional. She’s a real executive. We talked for a while and they all share the same principles. They treat their clients like Family here. I love this place. Too bad. I could’ve only give it five stars. I wish they had 10 stars. Great stay at Dedeman. Excellent hotel, staff amazing can’t do enough for you, stayed mainly in the hotel straight from surgery.
Food is amazing in the hotel, we had breakfast included and ordered room service, very high quality.

Great stay, convenient location, friendly and helpful personnel at ALL level.. Loction: strategically located near subway station and airport line (this is a very big exchange station. make sure you follow exit for Villa Cd. if not you can loop in the underground for long tieme;). Personnel: great and very helpful. Will go out of their way to help you if you need anything.. The room is overheated and you cannot bring down the temperature during mid season, when the cold air conditioning is not active yet.
If you book via "Booking' and you get 10% discount on services, make sure you tell them BEFORE hand. Once you pay the full price it is "impossible" to get the credit back. In essence, the Booking discount offered is NOT automatic..

Great location hand price. Great location Everybody was helpful and nice except room service was weird.b be prepared to pay immediately when they show up at your door they don't charge your room. If you don't have payment, your food will just sit there and get cold until you pay for your food immediately. I'm used to the US, when you're're room service bill, just goes right on to your hotel bill.. They don't have face towels. They give you hand towels which are huge, so it was hard to wash in the shower or wash your face. They just didn't even understand what a hand towel was. I didn't like they didn't have any channels that were really in.English. I thought that was weird. They typically always have several American channels and also the TV shut off all the time, even though I asked them to change it. There was no timer and it would shut off every hour.
I understand if you didn't watch it or change the channel for several hours, but I would be watching it and it would consistently just shut off..

Such a nice hotel. Wow! What a nice stay at the hotel. All the staff are friendly. Gulay the cleaner was soo nice and always smiling! There is a costa coffee at the hotel and the security staff are always welcoming i'd highly recommend this hotel. There is a taxi rank outside and a few coffee bars down the street!. .
