except table tennis and billiards, everything is terrible. ants were everywhere, on the bed, in the food during breakfas. Sport activity. Our room was a full of ants. They changed our room 3 times, also they didn’t want to give us a small discount for additional night (just like a way to say ‘Sorry for the ants in your bed and food)..

Room Phones should be in working condition,toilet paper should be topped up. Drinking Water should always be available.. Air conditioning,pool,location.. No room service. Phones didn’t work in the room. Lunch & dinner times were wrong to the ones put up on the walls. We were refused dinner at 8.45 when it clearly stated on the poster that dinner closes at 9.30. On arrival bed sheets were dirty like someone had already used them..
