Very good. Great location and value. Good breakfast as well. Staff were very helpful. Housekeeping services were good as welll.. Room size was quite small. Also, the room had old carpeting with cigarette burns on it..

.. the room was nice and clean. as an Irish person the food for breakfast was very limited so didn't avail of it.. also no menus to see what could be had for dinners nothing was explained upon arrival.

Good location near everything's- staff is very ftiendly and kind specifically Mr umut. Location and staff very friendly. No swimming pool.

Ok hotel spoilt by 1 rude staff member. The property was located in a great part of the city and it was kept very clean.. There was a lady on reception during daytime hours and she was very rude. I arrived late at night on Friday, my mother was staying at the hotel after surgery (the hospital put her in this hotel not by choice and I paid for my own separate room) and on Saturday morning the reception staff questioned why I was there and told my mother that she was meant to be single occupancy and she wanted to throw me out of the hotel lobby as if she didn’t believe that I’m a guest, I had to show my room key. I felt it to be very rude. Then again on check out we packed our cases and left them in the room while we were awaiting updates from the hospital to let my mom know when she would be picked up for final discharge/consultation and the lady hurried us to return our keys and stood with her hands out in the lobby for me to give her the key. Not sure whether it was because I’m of mixed/caribbean heritage or whether she is just this rude to everyone. In future if I return I will be choosing a different hotel.
