Not sure who gives out the 5* rating. Staff were nice and accomodating. Location is good. Was given a double room when requested a twin. Shower is a bit odd no curtain. Breakfast was poor.

Superb. Everything was very good. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Marina who was very friendly, professional and was really cater to all our needs. We got an early check in without any problems.
Loved this hotel, it's well located in the town center, large bedroom, amazing Spa and great massage staff, good breakfast.
We will stay again and actually recommend this hotel.. None.

Our worst hotel stay so far in Montenegro. If you are visiting the Embassy district or like a late night party atmosphere, the location is good.
The reception staff were curteous.
Close to shopping areas and late night food.. Yugoslav era decor, rather scruffy, desparatly needs updating. There is NO parking anywhere near the hotel, closest is a public car park at EUR 0.60 per hour. We wanted to use the pool, but "NO, it's already booked this evening".
Breakfast room is ridiculously small, it only seats a fraction of the guests, we gave up and just took a coffee back to the room.
The included 'kitchenette' did not actually include anything needed to actually use it, like plates or cuttlery or ... anything really.
Worst part is that if you are in the front rooms, you are within earshot of the WHY disco on the corner which plays Deep Bass and House music until 3 am - TAKE EARPLUGS!.
