Nice place to relax in the spa. Huge room,breakfast and dinner options. The pool didn’t work that day we’ve been in the hotel.

Passable. Staff were very friendly.. The room was SO hot and we could not get the aircon to work.
We tried to call down to reception but there was no answer. This put a dampener on our stay..

It was a wonderful stay with absolute rest. The facilities were amazing, room is spacious, queit, cleaners are excellent, restaurant is excelent, reception and spa personnel just great, everyone is super helpful.. Spa should be more adjusted, temperatures of the saunas in particular. Also doors are not hermetic at the sauna. Also, at 5 stars hotel usually some kits, such as shower cup, dental ans shoe kits are available, but this did not spoil much.

Exceptional. An excellent hotel, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast. We simply asked the waitress, and she made sure to bring us everything. They provide an amazing and wonderful experience. They are very caring and want to give the guests a great feeling.
On the first day, we arrived late for dinner, and they made sure to bring us everything from the restaurant menu, making us feel great. The receptionists are very nice, especially Jelena, who was lovely, always smiling, and very helpful. She gave us an excellent vacation experience, guiding us to great places, including Lake Skadar, which was fantastic.
Thank you very much for everything, from the bottom of our hearts.. Nothing.
