low level management/service. The location. Also it had both a nice pool and a nice beach just across the road, the staff at the beach/beach restaurant were very friendly and helpful unlike hotel staff.. It definitely wasn’t a 4 star hotel. we arrived early (morning time). They took too long to do our check-in. We had to wait for 6 hours. The first young staff at the desk was unsure how the process early check-in, however after waiting for 2 hrs he told us that we could enjoy breakfast as it was free or enjoy the pool/beach while the check-in was in process. We were just about to do that then another staff came with the name Ali who claimed to be the manager and told us we are not allowed to join the breakfast on that day, if we do want to use the hotel’s amenities or breakfast we had to pay for it as they haven’t checked us in. He was using dishonesty/false information about the hotel being too busy and not having empty/clean rooms to avoid us checking in before 2pm, which I have never faced before in many of the hotels I have stayed in my life. He also added that this town (Kas) has different rules in hotels to any others in Turkey (which is false information). I don’t appreciate a manager being dishonest about what they provide etc just to get extra money off us, he also put his staff in an uncomfortable place (which I could physically see) as they had to change their story and also lie to us and follow their manager’s words.
Because of the low level service and untrustworthy, dishonest, tricky, management, we decided not to stay for another day and booked another hotel nearby. It wasn’t a nice experience for us as we felt treated unfairly. The manager himself wasn’t professional or willing to be nice, unlike his staff..

Wonderful Stay. I had an amazing stay! The hotel I stayed at enchanted me with its beach, pool, and open buffet breakfast. The breakfast, especially, was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The staff made me feel like I was welcomed by dear friends with their warm smiles and hospitality. Their readiness to assist with anything ensured that my stay went smoothly.The cleanliness of my room was also outstanding. It provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time to the fullest. The hotel's beautiful views and being surrounded by natural beauty were an added plus.As a vacationer, experiencing such a wonderful stay left me very satisfied. The hotel's excellent service, fantastic beach and pool experience, helpful staff, and spotless room made my vacation truly unforgettable. I am eagerly looking forward to staying at this hotel again and will happily recommend it to others. Thanks to everyone involved for making it such a fantastic experience.. Nothing.

Nice but I’d not stay in again. Sea is awesome being that close and able to swim whenever we want is super nice!

Breakfast was nice everyday.. We booked room with garden view however we got one in the end of the corridor looking to stairs. What we paired would not match where we sleep thus we didn’t spend so much time in room.
The beach always have Turkish pop very loudly. Unfortunately, reading almost impossible. Also, not all visitors Turkish, I heard a lot of grumpiness from other guests too..

Lovely relaxing week with beautiful scenery and excellent facilitirs. Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast overlooking the sea. Cute little pebbly beach over the road with free sunbed and umbrella and 15% off beach restaurant/bar
