Pleasant. Staff are very friendly and kind, they helped me anything they could. The location is also great, easy to access city center and many facilities around.. Although they told me the room was cleaned before my check-in, it was not so clean for this type of hotel. Especially, floors, table, wardrobe, basin, bathroom had hairs, dust and spots, so it was annoying sometimes..

Pleasant. Staff was nice and helpful. Food good, room ckean.. This is such a shame that hotel does not have sound isolation aginst the noise from the road. I could hardly sleep, had to have headphones on through the night. It felt like sleeping on the open, at the side of a road, not inside of a buiding that charges for room 5 stars rates. Shame indeed..

I liked the hotel and my stay overall. The comfort of the Location vicinity and the Standards compared to nearby hotels. The staff seriously doesn’t smile for the sake of hospitality.
