Superb. We were provided with a 2 bedroom apartment located nearby the hotel at check-in as the hotel had electrical issues. The apartment was well equipped and appointed. Very comfortable.. Breakfast..

Good budget hotel in a nice location. Felt central for walking around. Lovely open ground in front of the hotel. Mohamed was very helpful.. The hotel needs maintenance. We had a few things that were not working so they changed the room. The breakfast is too basic. Compact room with basic furniture.

Ok ok.!! Waking up to the sight of ruins is amazing.. location is perfect.. staff is ultimate.!!. Location, staff. Heater was not working. Somehow managed to sleep overnight.!! The blanket had no cover. It’s pretty sad that hotels having guests from all over the world just miss out on these tiny details. I mean one cannot just imagine to get into the blanket they provided.!!.

this is a lovely hotel and a great location. The desk person was the owner and he was quite accommod. The hotel Bella was in a prime location across the street and a block away from the basilica of St. John. It was also very near to the center of town and a quiet little neighborhood. Emphasis was a short drive away.. The breakfast was only five euro, but I would choose to eat out rather than have it. It was the only drawback of the hotel experience..

Bad. . They charged me for an upgrade for a room with balcony and didn't get one. Staff didn't even told me breakfast time nor password!!.

Exceptional. The location of Bella Hotel is excellent, right across from the ruins of St. John's Basilica. It is just a few minutes' walk to the Ephesus Museum, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel service is very good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served on the hotel terrace, which offers a fantastic view, and the breakfast itself is delicious. It takes about 15 minutes (2.6 kilometers) to drive to the Ephesus ruins. In short, Bella Hotel is a very nice hotel, well worth staying at for visitors to Ephesus.. .

Great value and nice owner. Location was great, great rooftop, owner was wonderful.. Restaurant on the roof was not open.

very nice experience in a familiar environment!. Location and breakfast were perfect! I spent a pleasent time. In the evening the hotel is closed and you have to call for get in. It would been better if that was explained at the check in..

A wonderful place with clean & comfortable rooms at a great price in a terrific location.. A beautiful building in a wonderful location. (Our room terrace overlooked the ruins of The Basilica of St. John.) The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is small but perfectly fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite some language barrier issues. (My Turkish is almost non-existent.) And great value for the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying overnight or longer in the area.. Almost nothing not to like. I suppose one might be warned that the breakfast is pretty simple (and the coffee unfortunately instant), but that seems true of many inns or hotels in relatively small towns. That said, the service was great, and the view from the terrace where one eats is simply amazing..
